You can download your Application forms here when the Applications Open on the 3 of April 2024.
You can then email it or send it per hand delivery to the school office.
Applications are made up of the following documentation :
- Application form
- Confidential letter(Print out) (You need to give this document to your Current school) NB!
- Please note all information must be filled in on the application form. All information to contact you must be filled in correctly and completely we need to get hold of you via email.
- All documentation must be certified.
- School report/s: We need the latest school report, previous year 4 term school report and when the child is Accepted we need the 4 term school report of the current year.
- All legal parent information and documentation must be attached. If you are a guardian, all affidavits must be attached to the court order.
- Proof of Residential address of the person responsible for the school/hostel account must be attached we prefer a water and electricity bill.
- The Birth Certificate MUST be an UNABRIDGED certificate.
